Lighthouse & Missile Museum Excursion

The Lighthouse and Missile Museum Excursion is a 3 hour excursion for $45 per person. You visit the lighthouse where you spend approximately 1 hour and a Lighthouse docent provides a guided tour. The first 5 floors of the lighthouse inside are available for climbing as well as the outside 3rd floor staircase when weather permits. The lighthouse museum and grounds surrounding lighthouse await your visit. Also on campus is Hanger C home to a variety of refurbished missiles and spaceflight artifacts. You have an additional 30 minutes to peruse the indoor rocket garden. You then visit the Space Force Missile Museum where you go into the blockhouse where our first satellite was launched. Many other exhibits and artifacts await you, along with the many you already enjoyed at Hanger C. Tour requires one week advance reservation.

Tours require 1 week advance reservation for security clearance. US citizens and permanent residents must provide security information. We regret to inform foreign visitors the Space Force is not allowing clearance for foreign visitors. If identification is not received in advance per above requirements, we will be forced to cancel the reservation with no refund. On the day of the tour ID is required and A hold harmless agreement for the Space Force station must be signed.

Minimum height of 48″ tall is required to climb lighthouse. You must wear shoes that have a heel strap or closed toes, no flip flops, no high heels.

There are times the Space Force closes the station or areas on station for launches and other activities.  At times those are announced with short notice.  We will work to minimize itinerary changes as best we can, however there may be times we have to reschedule the tour. Should that occur and you are not flexible to change tour date or time we will refund 100%.
